Dreams - Farnborough

I have been to other bed shops but dreams have always been around to help. I am made feel welcome and today's experience was brilliant because I found what I needed and at a reasonable price. I am looking forward to my mattress and using my new duvet and pillows which I got for half price. The member of staff that helped me today had a brilliant personality and made me laugh alot! I will definitely be coming back to this store in the near future!

We went in looking for bedroom furniture and we came out with items including a discount. Also it didn't take long to find what we were after and get the assistance. The staff were friendly and helpful straight away. we will definately visit again

i managed to get the advice I needed to make a decision on a mattress as I was not sure what I needed, I knew what base I required but I was not sure what mattress I needed, thanks to the knowledge and help from the lady instore I was able to make a quick decision with the correct mattress for me.

The staff were excellent. They explained the different style of mattresses and allowed us to try each one. They listened to our feedback and then pointed us in the right direction of which mattresses to try next. They were attentive whilst at the same time giving us space to find our perfect mattress. When it came to paying, our situation wasn't straight forward as we were not in possession of the date when we were moving into our new house. However the staff took it all on board and a compromise was found so we could work around the issue. Also fantastic that Dreams recognised the military community by offering a further 10 % off the price. Our member of staff was Simon.
