Good curtious service attentive to our needs good price

I found Jason very attentive and knew his subject. Customer service skills second to none.

At knowledge and understanding of what we wanted from the shop assistant was something I haven't experienced before. The store had a great layout and a good flow. Again can't sing the praises enough of Simon!

The staff was very polite and helped us in choosing the right product and guided us to choose what was best for our needs. Will defineletly come back for any bed shopping.

He was quick and efficient at finding what i liked at a price range suited for me.

Staff very helpful, without being overbearing or pushy. Explained each product we looked at. Although shop was very busy all staff members apologised that we had to wait and made sure we had all info we needed. Ordering system a little slow but staff were friendly & chatty.

The store manager was very helpful and attentive, knew about the products we were looking for and not pushy which is all you can ask for

I was greeted by a young assistant who asked if he could help me! I told him I had been looking online and found two new double beds I was interested in. I told him the two metal bed frames and he explained that they were not in store but could place an order for me. I also wished to order two mattress so the young gentlemen help me with this. I was extremly pleased with my order and look forward to having them delivered early next month.
