We found the Beds and mattresses that we were looking for and the member of staff was really nice person....

Your sales lady was really nice. She gave us information then left us alone to talk, lie on beds and make our own decision. I dislike being pressurised by sales people and your sale person didn't do that. She was easy to talk too, interested in us and our reasons for being there .

Simon was Knowledgeable, helpful and extremely personable. He answered our questions, put us at our ease and had a sense of humour!! We were able to buy the product we liked in a timescale that suited us .... All in all ..... great customer service

As my boyfriend and I have only moved in to our new home this week, we were looking for a new bed on finance and were looking to pay a low deposit.. Other stores offer a 10% depsit, but dreams do 20%, which put us off slightly.. I told the staff member I would have to go away and find the money for the deposit and come back, and he kindly offered to reduce the deposit price to what ever we could afford.. This helped us out massively and we are so excited to get our bed. He said we could have the bed on Tuesday, which is much quicker then any where else we have looked! But we have chosen a Saturday delivery as it is more convenient.. The staff helped up pick the mattresses and also said he had one himself.. He also showed us the pillows, which were amazing and we brought 2.. We are very happy with the staff from the Farnborough store and I have told me parents to go and look in there for their new bed.

Visited store to purchase a new mattress, salesman listened to our needs and showed us several alternatives to consider.

very friendly staff. but when I asked for the tv bed I was purchasing to be plugged in the staff were not very helpful to begin with, it felt I was being a pain and they didn't or couldn't be bothered to plug it in. but in the end they did. I was going to walk out at that point but i really wanted to by a bed!

Simon made all the difference to the shopping experience. He was polite, patient, attentive, and made good suggestions to assist in my purchase.
