Members of staff were extremely helpful and especially Donna.

Simon met us as soon as we entered the shop and stayed with us througout whilst we tried various Tempur mattresses. Admittedly we were the only customers at the time and other staff were available, which meant that Simon would not need to have left us had other customers appeared. We did not feel pressurised or rushed to place an order.

I was helped by Sales Representative in choosing the right product and did his best to arrange quick delivery. Bed and Mattress was good value for money. Staff was very friendly.

Our assistant Kim was extremely helpful and friendly. Listened to what we were after, asked questions to establish exactly what we wanted and helped us find the perfect bed in no time. Store was clean and well air conditioned - a bonus on a very hot day. Quick, easy and fuss free browsing and purchase.

Simon was very knowlegable about the pillows sold in store. He gave us guidance and let us try all the different types. He explained the benefits and showed us how to take apart the pillow we brought and how to wash them. He was a very friendly helpful person.
