Extremely friendly service from the store manager. He provided us with plenty of information but also gave us some space to view the products and discuss it with my partner. Easy transaction, very happy

We were greeted in a friendly manner and all our questions were answered with knowledge and full information. Our assistant, Kim, offered us refreshment drink and was extremely helpful in finding out about the availability of the bedding on show with the bed we were interested in. Overall, a very good experience.

Once again our experience was a pleasant one. The staff were attentive, offering assistance as and when required, always on hand without being oppressive or overbearing. The store was well laid out, with room to fully assess the products before making a purchase. Thank you.

Kim was friendly, chatty and helpful in understanding my needs and managed the balance well between providing infomation to me and leaving me alone to experience different beds/making up my mind. It was fun though we were both so exhausted because i have tried on quite a few beds. My friend got immersed into the atmosphere of good chat and decided to buy exactly same bed as i have chosen! It is a good product and i am looking forward to sleeping on the bed when it arrives in a few weeks' time. Can't wait!

We found a bed frame easily and as return customers we knew about the sprung slats. However, we have had two different grades of memory foam mattresses. The two ladies where knowledgable helpful and friendly helping us to decide on mattress type and if sprung slats are needed. The lady who did the paperwork was helpful and clear about delivery times too. We left two other shops due to the pushy over zealous staff.

On our first visit to the store, the assistant Donna spoke to us about your products in a clear, informative manner and with no push to sell. This was really good as we very rarely purchase on a first visit. We came back the following week and the same assistant Donna recognised us and assisted us as we were now ready to purchase.
