The second we walked through the door we were approached to see if we needed help. This was a great welcome and Donna, who helped us, was extremely helpful and kind! She made a some what stressful decision easy and enjoyable! I probably wouldn't have brought anything if Donna hadn't of helped us :)

The lady who,helped us was lovely she listened to what've wanted and showed us all the price ranges available not just the most expensive

Nigel was excellent and guided us through all the available options and combinations. It was the first bed shop we had been too and brought on the day as the service had been excellent. Normally I would shop around but was more than happy not to on this occasion!!

The friendly welcome. The assistant was very helpful but not to pushy as in most other stores.

Sales staff were friendly and helpful. They did not push us to buy but told us the various options available. Paying for the bed was straightforward and speedy and we were given a delivery date on the spot.

The salesman (Nigel) dealing with all queries in a friendly professional maaner - knowledgeable about teh products we were viewing. No pressure selling - informed and then left to consider choices / options
