The assistant was about to go home for the day but stayed longer in order to assist my husband and i choosing a mattress. She suggested a pillow to help our decision and selected one which suited our needs perfectly

Farnborough store, assisted by Geraldine. She was brilliant and even stayed beyond her working hours to ensure our order wasn't rushed.

The assistant was helpful and not at all pushy. He gave me plenty of time to ensure I chose the best mattress for me and was knowlegable about the products.

It was a very friendly atmosphere the employees couldn't do enough to help me. The whole experience was stress free and catered all my need. Upon leaving your store I felt happy and would definitely recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

Geraldine was so helpful. She gave us useful product information and she helped us resolve a problem with the delivery date of our bed and mattress. She was patient, kind to our children and even made us a coffee while we decided between various options.

The assistant was attentive listening to what we were looking for but also gave us enough space to look for ourselves. When we needed time to think we were given it . The staff were all friendly, pleasant, not at all pushy but very helpful. There was a good range of products both quality & p rice so we were able to select what was right for us. We arrived looking for a single matress and left with a double bed, single and double mattresses and 2 bedside cabinets. Because the price, quality and service was all right. We had been in other shops in the same retail park and walked out with nothing as the same did not apply.

Staff were exceptionally helpful with both assistance and advice, nothing was too much trouble.

The sales person was extremely helpful, very friendly and gave me appropriate advice relating to my enquiry.I ended up with exactly the right mattress. I would definitely use the store again.
