We didn't have an appointment but Karen came right away and spent about an hour with us from seeing needs to making purchase, she was very knowledgeable about the products and we were pleased to have her help.

I was welcomed into your Farnborough, Hampshire, store by Cornell who was very friendly and patient whilst I explained what I was looking for and the reasons why I was looking for a mattress with very little artificial padding which makes me very hot and gives me very painful restless legs and very disturbed nights. We looked at, and I tried, a few mattresses and she then showed me Nature's Finest 4450 D Mattress which is made with all natural materials - something I have always wanted. Cornell gave me plenty of time to try the mattress out and gave me a bottle of Harrogate Mineral Water. After much indecision as to which firmness to purchase I am buying a medium firm mattress. Cornell then explained all the paperwork to me and I left the store a very happy bunny! I will receive the mattress on 20.10.21 and am hoping to have a good night's sleep that night - at last.

The customer service we received from Cornell in Farnborough was impeccable! She was so incredibly helpful, friendly but didn’t make us feel under pressure to purchase. She was knowledgeable despite telling us she was fairly knew and is therefore quite clearly a natural. As first time buyers, shopping for our first new mattress, it was so wonderful to have someone as kind as she was and made us feel completely confident in the purchase we made.

WE were served by Geraldine who was an absolute gem! She listened clearly to our needs and gave us plenty of time to decide between the options we had chosen. The sale felt very natural not pushy at all. We were amazed how quickly we would receive our bed as well and also that dreams are happy to recycle your old bed was a bonus!
