Greeted friendly as I walked in , after a short discussion of my need was taken and shown a mattress. That simple Karen was really helpful and explained everything.

Very easy experience. We new nothing when we went in. Learnt a lot very easily. Staff amazing, sleep machine thing helped a lot! Overal I would recommend to anyone

From the second I walked through the door I was greeted with friendly faces, I got on really well with the staff members. They assisted me through the whole process, and gave me the space when necessary. I felt like I was being difficult and trying 100 different beds but the staff were very patient and reassuring!

From the moment my wife and I stepped inside your store we were very well looked after and made to feel comfortable by Nigel, after the computer had done it’s thing, Nigel explained all our options of beds and showed us beds to lay on, gave us plenty of time to decide and gave us space when we need to discuss between our shelf’s. Thank you very much for great experience. 10/10

Mark was very helpful, he was friendly and helped me find the right mattress for my needs. He offered us a drink and a biscuit for my young daughter. He spent the time to explain the differences in the mattresses and pillows and gave me plenty of time to try the different mattresses out.
