Received prompt assistance and very good and friendly advice on the appropriate products for our needs

The Lady Assistant, KIm, was very helpful, very knowledgeable about the variety of beds and their different pros and cons. In particular the Tempur bed which she was able to tell us all about its advantages with a good explanation. Afterwards, we were left to wander amongst the beds. and encouraged to try as and when we wanted, without her standing over us us and certainly no 'big sell', which for us would have been a complete 'switch off' We thought she was excellent at her job. We had an excellent experience at Dreams due mainly to the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of Geraldine, the Sales Assistant who helped us and guided us to making our choice easily through the myriad of available options.

The member of staff who helped us was very knowledgeable about the products we wanted to purchase. He was patient whilst we made our decision and explained everything clearly. He was friendly and made us feel welcome.

There was a good selection to compare. We lay from bed to bed and compared comfort, felt daft, laughed with other customers and had fun with Kim who was lovely and even offered us a cuppa. The amount of beds in store that we could try have assured us that we have the bed for us.

Kim was very helpful and whilst she explained all the deals she was not aggressive in her sale(this would have been a mistake as we hate pressure selling)

Excellent service, we were immediately greeted on our visit to the store, but after a brief overview of the products available we were left to browse and not hassled to come to a decision. The sales person we spoke to (Geraldine) was cheerful and happy to help, a real pleasure.

We were in and out quickly, item chosen, order placed, all very friendly.
