The lady who helped us was excellent she explained all the different mattress to us and how they worked she really did spend a lot of time with is.

We have been coming to dreams all year looking at beds and mattresses, we just couldn't decide. Eventually yesterday with the help from the Store manager and looking at beds online as well as the beds on display in the showroom we found the perfect one. They were very accommodating with opening mattresses toppers for us to try with the mattress and assistance looking at pillows which i didn't expect. We are very excited for our new bed to arrive now. And we are thankful that dreams will remove our old one too.

The member of staff Simon was extremely helpful and we ended up buying much more than intended because of him - these are items we needed but we're going to buy at a later date.

Donna who helped me, was very knowledgeable and efficient. Knowing when to help and when to leave us to ourselves to discuss and try out the mattresses. Store was very peaceful so was easy to relax and try out products. Plus am very impressed with 40 day option to ensure mattress is perfect.

Staff greeted us as soon as we entered but left us to look around for a short while before asking if we need any help. Not pushy. Gave us information we needed then left us to continue looking. Ordering and paperwork done quickly. Very friendly service.

I went to a competitor first and was hounded around the store. Your assistant was knowledgeable but friendly and totally unpushy. I felt like I brought what I wanted and not what she wanted to sell me.
