The staff are extremely friendly and when you are being severed you get a really sense of community and , I found every thing I was looking for in a reasonable price. i have visited twice and will be returning again. great store at farnbrough keep it up

I bought 2 double ottoman beds earlier this year for our children. Myself and my finacé returned needing to buy a bed for ourselves on Boxing Day. We wanted an ottoman king-size bed but weren't sure we could have one due to our sizes/weights. Nigel (who served me last time) quickly put our minds at ease and confirmed we could have the bed we wanted. He recommended the right mattresses for our needs and we made our decision quite quickly, as well as a lovely headboard.

The assistant was very helpful and was extremely knowledgable about the products. I had researched the beds before going and the assistant helped me to understand all the issues. There was a good range available with competitive prices.

We were allowed time to have a look around without feeling pressured into a sale. Once we had found what we were after we were able to get the attention of one of the salespeople who was able to answer all of our questions regarding size and colour options. The payment process was quick and very easy.
