We had a lot of questions to ask James and he showed total patience and a very good knowledge of the products we were looking at. Most importantly to us, we did not feel rushed at all, neither felt we were being pushed into a sale. In fact when James advised us he was fairly new working at the store we were very surprised as he came across confident and professional. It is so easy to be put off by someone who is too pushy and he was certainly NOT like that - full credit to him.

products were laid out and labeled very well, the assistance we received was excellent from a knowledgeable assistant, this all helped to make the purchase quick and trouble free

All questions were answered honestly. I didn't feel pressured into buying and I was shown all options available.

The staff were really good with our daughter. Didn't pressure us into anything, explained everything well and honestly and gave us space to make our minds up.

We were served by Kim at the Farnborough branch who was extremely helpful and advised us. Kim gave us information and space to discuss the products. We made a purchase of a King size bed and she was efficient in coping with the failure of the computer system in the store, which she had no control over. A very pleasant visit and as we also work in the retail trade Kim is a member of staff to hold on to.
