Cornell the sales advisor was very friendly and efficient

Found what I was looking for with assistance from store staff and was content with the prices on offer.

The assistant listened, gave a good choices but not too many then gave us time and space to make up our own minds. Ending up buying more than we intended.

As we entered the store, Cornell was there to greet and meet us with a warm welcome and a smile. She helped us all the way from product info, offers, experience the product and even offer us something to drink. The sale was perfect and hope that all of the staff is like her. Herbert

Our shop assistant was very helpful, friendly and thoroughly knew about all the beds. He was able to advise us on all our queries. We also liked the use of an automated machine to guide us to the beds best suited to us.

Nigel the member of staff was very friendly and knowledgeable we were offered drinks while in the store and the whole thing felt very easy.

The store assistant was available immediately and placed us on a sleep measuring machine, which seemed to have helped with the decision-making. The assistant was extremely polite and professional, and even though our children were running around the store and the beds, they kept their cool and politely explained that due to safety reasons, children should refrain from jumping on the beds. We experienced some pressure sales tactics in some of the other shops, but Dreams were very professional throughout. The only reason why we only bought a mattress and not the bed was that there was little choice of the bed/headboard colors and/or styles. We would very much recommend Dreams and we will be back in the future.
