AS soon as we walked in Donna asked us if we needed any help. She then explained the different types of mattresses and gave us enough time to look around and make our decision. She was very informative and friendly throughout, giving us time to look on our own to discuss but to reassure that she was there for any questions that we may have

We were very satisfied with our visit.However we did think the charges for delivering and uplifting the old bed quite expensive for senior citizens to find.

Served by Kim who was extremely helpful. We were unsure what type of mattress we liked, so Kim took us around the store, encouraging us to try them out to make an informed decision. She was able to whittle our choices down to suit our preferences from our feedback of trying the different mattresses. Very friendly service throughout and we are very pleased with our purchase.

My partner and I really appreciated your salesman's attitude, he wasn't pushy but just made sure we had everything we needed and left us to decide but was always available. Well done!

Having researched details of the mattress I wanted to buy in your on-line store I then rang the showroom to check all 3 options were available to test. Your very experienced store manager, Jason, then gave me plenty of time to test the mattresses, with a specified pillow. He was very helpful weighing up the detailed differences in specification.

As soon as me and my partner entered the store we were immediately asked if we wanted any help. As we knew exactly what we were looking for. James (dreams employee) shows us numerous of beds in our price range. We looked around abit further and actually fell in love with a mattress slightly out of our price range. James offered us a cup of tea throughout the process of looking for a mattress. Lovely service and will recommend this store and Dreams to friends of ours!
