I AM DISABLED AND THEY HELPED ME WITH CHOOSING CORRECT ITEMS FOR MYSELF

James was very helpful during our visit - he asked about our budget and showed us round the store to test out various beds. He also explained the different options for us with regards to storage and colours. Additionally, a very kind female assistant (I'm afraid I didn't get her name) let me use the store's bathroom!

The lady that severed us was Kim , she was very helpful told us all we needed to know without being over the top I would recommend this store to anyone I know that is buying a bed

The Dreams worker (James) asked if we needed any help once we had entered the store and were looking a little confused. He clearly explained about the different type of mattresses available, helped us throughout our visit, gave us pillows to use when trying out the mattresses, offered us a drink and even sold us a mattress protector too.

We originally only visited the store to buy a mattress but with the assistance of your staff we ended up buying a bed along with bedside cabinets.
