Dreams - Farnborough

From the moment I walked into the store at Farnborough I was given a lot of courteous attention. The staff made a point of listening to my needs and helping me to choose the right bed. Their knowledge was helpful but they didn't put any pressure on me to choose a particular bed, just told me all the options. They even made me coffee. It was a good experience all round.

The sales staff were very helpful and not at all pushy.

It was, on the whole, a very simple process. We did not find the sales people pushy at all and were given plenty of time to browse. The lady we dealt with was courteous and offered enough advise without being pushy or trying to "upsell" every item we looked at.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and its seemed like nothing was too much bother and they answered all questions we had. They even chatted to our little boy and involved him.

I had never been to Dreams before so had no idea what to expect. The store was clean, welcoming and well laid out. An assistant was immediately available, and clearly eager to be of help. He listened carefully to me and then made some suggestions as to what might suit my requirements. I was able to try several different mattresses and all my questions were answered politely and professionally. I never felt hurried or pressured. The purchase process was very simple and quick with a convenient delivery time and date within a week. Overall a pleasant and rewarding buying experience and I have already recommended Dreams to my daughter and son in law. I am an extremely happy customer. Thank you.

We dealt with the Store Manager, Jason - who was very, very helpful. Having not purchased a bed in almost 20 years, we where a bit thrown by all the options available and Jason took us through the benefits of all. There was no hard sell, and not once did we feel we were being directed to a product that we did not want. If only all sales men/managers where like this! I have already recommended Dreams to a work colleague - who is ordering a bed today! Another very useful option, is the possibility to change your mattress up to 40 days after delivery. This makes purchasing a bed absolutely fool proof, and removes any worry about whether you have made the correct choice. I do not work for Dreams, or have any connection to the industry - but I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a new bed or mattress.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to Farnborough Dreams store because I was quite confused as to which new mattress to buy. I had an old very hard mattress and I suffer with back problems and I was nervous about which new mattress would be best. The assistance and advice I received from 3 different members of staff in the store was very helpful and reassuring. I could lie on and try all the mattresses for as long and as many times as I wished. I in fact visited the store on 2 days before making up my mind. The delivery staff were very considerate and polite as well and the delivery went well.

We were given the assistance we needed without being pushed into a decision. This enabled us to decide on what we wanted easily. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Order process was quick and easy, good choice of delivery dates too.
