Excellent service, assistance and advice

Help was available at all times and made me feel very welcome, all my questions were answered and I managed to order my bed in no time with no trouble. The staff were very friendly and made it a fun process.

We were greeted as we walked in the store - were made to feel welcome immediately. We were asked what we were looking for and a selection of beds was identified for us to try. My wife and I were given space to talk over the options in privacy. We were shown an entire range of beds from the good value to the very pricey - and when we excluded the expensive options I did not feel that the service level dropped off at all. The staff member had to deal with another client and she constantly kept in contact with us as to where she was and when she would be back - and since we had made it clear we were in no rush it suited us perfectly. The finance options were well explained and thorough. All this was done with my two young sons not making life easy for any of us but the staff were professional, kind and friendly throughout. Very pleasant experience.
