Highly satisfied with staff help and service. No opinion of product until after it is delivered and used of course

I think I must have tried out and hopped on 'n' off every single bed in the store! The store assistant (James) was very helpful and most patient as I did have a lot of questions to ask. I desperately needed to purchase a new mattress on that day as I was becoming somewhat exasperated by my old mattress keep "twinging 'n' twanging" in my back and on my boobies throughout the night. Once I'd made my decision and ordered my new mattress, the price did initially "pinch me" rather hard - however, the shock soon faded once I was given the good news that my lovely new mattress was to be delivered just four days later. Yes, just FOUR DAYS between bouncing around on every bed in the Dreams showroom to receiving my very own sumptuous delight.

Karen was very helpfull, offering me a drink and was really nice to talk to. She knew her products and was able to find a suitable delivery date against all the difficulties I presented to her. She really was a big help.

I shopped at that the Farnborough store, I was looked after by a lovely lady name Gelradine (Not sure of spelling- with a South African accent) she was superb.. A day after sale and I am still feeling the effect of her charms. I am never met her before but she was dedicated to customer service. If she sell me the entire shop I will buy, she had extreme knowledge of the product and had a passion for entire military personnel gets a deal. I love shopping at Dreams on each purchase visit I manage to experience a new experience of making my dreams sweet due to its excellent value and affordable price and excellent customer service.. And location of store.

The staff were helpful and gave us all the information we needed and the purchase of our bed was quick and easy.

Jason was highly knowledgable and helpful. He along with pretty much all the staff there that day were exceptionally accommodating of our 18 month old son who literally waddled around the store the whole time we were there - in fact, the team gave him a balloon to keep him entertained and even played with him a little bit. This afforded my husband and I the opportunity to test out some beds and select one for purchase - a very successful visit!

Friendly and helpful staff. Got the bed we wanted for my son then came back the next day to get bed for my daughter.
