The salesperson Karen in your Farnborough Branch was very helpful and had a good knowledge of sofa beds, which is what I went there to purchase. She was very helpful and friendly, and I was able to make my purchase without any trouble.

Excellent customer service. Soon as I entered the shop I was approached with a a smile, very helpful and full of knowledge. Gave me all the information I needed.

Donna, the staff member was very friendly and couldn't do more for us, she was also knowledgeable. She gave us time alone to consider our purchase and then was with another customer so whilst she was busy, the store manager came to help us and was also very helpful and friendly.

I walked in the store and the sales person asked what I was looking for and showed me where it was. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. First class service.

Great easy service

We were greeted a few moments after entering the store. Jason the store manager was extremely informative and personable.

I was highly satisfied because the all the shop assistants were extremely helpful and friendly. I was really impressed with Dansa' knowledge and was very supportive and understanding. She was willing to help and made it easy for me.

Products were well displayed and priced in an easy to read list. Good and varied choice of beds and mattress's Store was clean and airy with plenty of room to view produts

The knowledge of the assistant that helped us was great. So nice to go into a store and they can answer all of your questions. I also like the way Matt gave us some information and then left us alone to try out different mattresses and discuss privately. However, he was also readily available to answer additional questions. Buying a mattress is a very personal choice, you can't in my opinion be sold one, you just need all the information given to you quickly and easily. Great customer service.
