Mike was very attentive and helped me massively in selecting the correct bed & mattress. He then helped me to set up the finance and move forward with the order very quickly and efficiently.

Excellent service with superb service

The salesman was very personable and took time with my daughter, who has mental health problems, to select the bed which was for her. He included her in all of the process which we both appreciated. She has health problems but is very intelligent and is very aware of how people treat her. Mike to time to show us all the options and he was spot on with the one he showed us. My daughter is really looking forward to having the bed delivered and Mike's attitude made what I was concerned might be a difficult experience, a very easy one!

We purchased a Flaxby matress with pillows and a matress protector as part of our order. Although the matching Flaxby matress protector was actually in stock in the rear storage of the shop we were not able to take the Flaxby matress protector on the day because the items hadn't yet been added to the shop inventory. We were offered a different brand but we wanted the matching Flaxby matress protector for the Flaxby matress we were ordering. So as a workaround we were told to take the different brand for now and then return it in a week unopened for the Flaxby one. It would be nice if there wasn't these unusual stocking issues but we were presented with a way to do it in the end.

Upon entering the store we were created by Cornell who made us feel at ease and explained everything superbly. At no time did we feel we had to purchase any of the items we did, even though an unexpected expense for ourselves. The whole process was effortless even the instore coffee and hot chocolate were first class. Cornell allowed us plenty of time to consider our options even finalising the purchase we discussed our choices. Thank you Cornell and Dreams the whole experience was first class.

The colleague Mike ( Michael) who helped us out was very knowledgeable and guided us the right way so we were able to place the order on our first visit to the store. He was very friendly throughout the process.
