The manager, Jason, was very friend, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. He explained the products well and did not try to evade any of our questions.

The bed ticked most of what we needed

we were directed to the mattress which best fitted our description of what we wanted. Luckily it was on sale so it was perfect for the quality and price so we ended up buying two and they're amazing!

As soon as we walked into the store we were offered coffee while we looked. I was not hassled by anyone to make a purchase and all questions were answered. The delivery drivers were amazing too as I had to get back from work to accept the delivery.

When I arrived at the shop I wasn't pounced on but left to look around in peace but was asked if I needed help to just ask. I was told the information I wanted about each of the beds. All very helpful friendly staff who knew what they were talking about. The ordering and payment process was made very easy by Matt who was extremely efficient.

Donna was very professional and friendly at the Farnborough branch. We were made to feel very welcome and she helped us choose the right mattress. The sale price was an added bonus.

1st staff greetting on entry. 2nd staff did not bother us straight away allowing us to look first. 3rd staff then ask if we required help by asking our requirements in a bed. 4th directing us to several beds asking us to try and then let them know if it's what we require 5th explaining the operation of the bed the mattress and what type of pillow would suite our requirements showing us the differences. Very satisfied with the customer service at this branch thank you
