The team that delivered the bed were excellent, they took their shoes off, laid a mat,put the bed together, took all the rubbish away. Both very friendly guys

Immediate attention given to me by attendant. walked me up to where the pillows were offered good advice and showed me all the main options 3rd item out of stock but checked in warehouse and found the requested item Little expensive - didn't realise pillow & protector plus mattress topper (for king) would be as expensive as that, however prepared to spend that amount if the value I receive it high. Time will tell. You should survey customers a few weeks and then some months after their purchase to check value.

Karen the staff member was very helpful knew everything we asked very polite and very kind to our young children we had with us so they didn't get bored - order all completed quickly and delivery date nice and quick

Our visit to dreams was a delight we got exactly what we were looking for and was helped by an assitant all the way through our visit to help us decide on what the best option was for us.

The assistance took notice of what we wanted, didn't rush us or push into buying anything we didn't want, very pleasant lady, we even bought tempure pillows even we hadn't been looking to buy any new ones.

The lady who served us was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products on sale and did all she could to assist us and help us understand our best options

Store was well laid out and easy to find what we were looking for. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy and having explained all the options gave us time to think before placing an order.

We visited the farnborough store and was greeted by Donna who was very nice and friendly. Being our first time in buying an expensive mattress she was very helpful and patient with us.So due to this we returned and purchased the mattress with a lovely cup of tea. Very happy customers
