The salesman Matt was very knowledgable and efficient without applying pressure and we were very happy with the service

The assistant was very helpful and product explanation was very good. Plus opportunity to try the product in the store.

The welcome we received was good, and the sales assistant was very pleasant and helpful. The range within the various manufacturers products was fairly limited in some cases (Silentnight), but overall a very good experience.

Very customer friendly

I had been after a ottoman bed for a while with no satisfaction,my daughter suggested your store in Farnborough as she had excellent service and I was so impressed with the staff's knowledge on the bed I selected in fact my daughter has ordered one as well.

Geraldine was very helpful and seemed to provide really useful advice in choosing the right bed for us. She wasn't the usual pushy sales person type and genuinely seemed interested in ensuring we get the product to suit our needs, rather than the one that will bring in the most revenue. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

The sales assistant Karen was extremely helpful.

All assistance were very very helpful and knew the products also the coffee was veyy enjoyable

The items I had found online were in store to be able to look at and try out.
