James spent time with me while I chose, this was my second visit and it took quite a while to order everything as I had to choose colours and styles. James helped me make choice and fit everything into my budget. I got everything I wanted and was very satisfied and happy with the service.

The assistance given in making our decision was friendly but also professional.

The selection of a suitable matress was made easier having the freedom to try out without any pressure with the knowledge that staff were able to assist if required.

We visited your Farnborough store where we were helped with all the advice we required by a very friendly and helpful young man who's name was Matthew John. We would like to say it makes such a pleasant change to be helped by someone with a smile and approachable manner.

We were looking for a bed base for my disabled brother and your sales guy came over and talked though our needs and advised use on what would be best

The staff were helpful without being pushy and their knowledge of their products reduced the amount of time we were in the store. Superb

The lady who served us, Karen, seemed to understand our needs but also our budget which was quite tight. She offered us a choice of lower end and higher end samples and encouraged us to try them all so that we could see the difference for ourselves. She encouraged us to think longer term and to find the balance. We spent more than we wanted to but got what we needed. Karen was lovely and very patient.

We were greeted in the store after we had been allowed to look around for a while which I find much better than someone approaching as soon as I walk through the door. Jason the store manager was very helpful and demonstrated his knowledge and experience very well to us, and also listened to our needs and concerns, we were advised to try several different matresses along with several different pillows. All the staff were very friendly in the store and we were given a hot drink whilst filing our order, which was done in a very efficient and professional manner. All in all our experience at dreams today was very pleasurable and I'm now looking forward to my new mattress being delivered.
