Friendly assisrant

Colleague who helped us was very well informed and gave us lots of options in our price range.

We normally purchase our beds and mattresses from Dreams, we saw online that they were having a sale so we popped into the Farnborough Store. Unfortunately the mattress we wanted was not in the sale but the service was efficient and helpful

This is the first time I have been into a store that I have had the pleasure of the staff who are not pushy are polite to the customers the service was brilliant especially the speed of delivery. I have to say Jason was brilliant. Dave Plumb

All the staff I spoke to were really helpful and did not rush when helping me, they stayed with me until all my questions were answered. If they didn't know the answer they went and checked with another colleague. All but one of the staff members were Open minded and did not assume automatically that my partner was male

Very easy, went in to store & immediately received assistance & found the right product to take away. Staff member carried mattress to my car. Nothing to complain about at all!

Just a good service overall

I found the bed I wanted and the mattress I wanted very quickly and delivery was available within the week.

We were greeted on entering the store, everyone had smiles on their faces and were incredibly helpful. We had a cup of tea while being shown around the store, having everything explained to us in clear and concise conversation. We were made very welcome by all members of staff and were shown everything we asked for, whether it was pillows or bed linen, or mattresses. Very happy with our experience at Dreams, we will most certainly be returning!
