The lady we managed to get hold off was really quick, new what bed we were talking about and placed are order very quickly

When we entered the Farnborough store over the Christmas sale period we browsed for a few minutes and then Nigel approached to see if we wanted any help. He was easy to get on with and not a pushy salesman, he took time to find out what we needed and offered excellent advice. We tried a selection of medium firm mattresses opting for a cosy pillow top silent night, and a selection of pillows to suit our sleeping positions. The store was quite busy when it came to placing the order, but it was very quickly processed on 0% finance agreement, and Nigel explained the delivery process and what would happen next.

When approached by the sales assistant we were asked about what we were looking for. We explained that we were working to a budget but wanted a bed which was attractive and would last us, as it's our first purchase for our new home. We explained that we didn't want a divan bed, although they are more likely to be in our budget and they took time to help us decide on a purchase.

Jason, the store manager at Farnborough , Hants could not have been more helpful and informative. He really knew his products making our decision to buy very easy.

We were online searching for mattresses and we noticed that Dreams were having a sale starting on Boxing Day. As we purchased our last mattress from Dreams we decided to visit the Farnborough Store as we were visiting relatives nearby. The staff, in particular Nigel, were very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the mattress we decided apon and was the most suitable wasn't in the sale.
