The store was spacious enough so we were not competing for customer service or have to wait to see the product we wanted

The manager found out what we were looking for, allowed us to try mattresses, showed us a large number of beds and gave us time to make a decision. Bed arrived and was fitted promptly. It is very comfortable!

The staff greeted us, but didn't hassle us. When we were ready they made themselves available and helped guide us through mattress choices, helping us to work out exactly what we wanted.
