All the staff were friendly helpful HAPPY and polite, gave us coffee offered biscuits. They were not pushy and ready to help when we needed. Listen to what we needed and wanted, didn't try to sell us the most expensive bed but the best bed for us. Never left a shop feeling so happy about spending a large amount of money. The shop was great however it is the staff there that made it a easy great experience. Thank you Drew and Becca

I was greeted by a member of staff who put herself out to be polite and helpful over and above the call of duty.

The shop was clean, well lit and a good range of products on display. The colleague was attentive when needed but not pushy and gave us plenty of time to discuss our needs giving sound advice when we asked. A friendly store and a good visit.

the assistance at farnborough store called geraldien very helpful but no pressure.let us browse on our own and when we needed her assistance she came and answeard all questions very impressed.did not push us to buy which made me willing to come back if we needed anotherr product

From the minute I stepped in the store someone was available to help me the lady stayed with me throughout my purchase, ensuring that I was happy. Her understanding of my needs was excellent. The mattress was perfect I was so comfortable!

There was a good range of prices. The assistants were well informed and didn't pressurise us when we were looking. The assistants also put the mattress on the floor to give us a better idea of how the mattress would feel on a firmer base. Additional products were offered such as pillows and I felt the special offers were good value for money so also bought 2 pillows and the mattress protector linked to the additional insurance.

I went in with a fairly clear idea of what I wanted. The sales person was happy to listen and then offer more advice to help make up my mind. Ordering was simple and a pleasure as was the cup of tea offered. I chose to pay on credit which was also a simple process and was explained thoroughly.

Advice offered was clear but we were left alone and not harassed into a decision

We were served by James at the farnborough store, he was patient, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. He didn't press me to buy a mattress and gave me time to think of my options. He was very professional and his advice was second to none. He also mentioned he was doing a maths degree and was able to give me prices and worked out the credit monthly payments on the spot in seconds. He is a credit to your store and we bought the mattress solely on his advice.
