Dreams - Farnborough

We had already purchased a bed fom you last year, we asked the salesman if he could look at computer as I had forgotten which bed it was, because we wanted the same but a double. He was most helpful and we placed the order.

When we arrived we wanted time to look around on our own. After an initial greeting we were left at our request u till we asked for help. Nothing worse than being jumped on when you arrive, at this store we were given space whilst having assistance when needed.

From the moment we entered the store the professional way we were greeted and treated was fantastic . Karen who served us was friendly knowledgeable and extremely helpful.We did not feel rushed or pressured during our visitors, overall the whole experience surpassed what we were expecting.

The store is clean tidy well laid out and it is easy to see what the prices of all the items are. The staff are friendly and offer good advice

Buying three new beds I waa worried would be a tough job but the staff at Dreams made this easy.

Never having purchased a mattress before, I was at a loss as to what, or how, I should be looking for. All I knew was that the mattress I was currently sleeping on, had been used in the guest bedroom at my previous address for MANY years. My children told me that I should go and invest in a new one, and as a result of your advertising I went to your Farnborough outlet, where I couldn't have been offered better service and advice, than by your lady assistant Donna. At 87 I was at a loss to know what I should be looking for, until she came to my assistance, following which I was £1000plus worse off than when I had come into the shop!. She deserves praj

The sales advisor was really good. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He asked what i was looking for and upon hearing a have nerve damage in my back he took me straight to mattresses that would be good for my back and give me the best comfort aswel as support in the right places. He definately took into account everything i needed.

Assistant Nigel was very helpful and knowledgable without being pushy.

We went to the store on a Saturday morning and were expecting it to be busy,. There were lots of other customers but we were made to feel like the only people in shop. Geraldine was so friendly and spent a lot of time guiding us through the different options but also gave us time on our own to discuss which we liked. The range of beds was great and we're really happy with the one we chose.
