There was plenty of choice in store and the assistants were very knowledgeable and helpful as well as approachable and friendly.

The colleague was very helpful, knowledgeable and was perfectly happy to leave us alone to discuss and try out beds when we needed to. They were accommodating to our requests, letting us move mattresses onto the floor so that we could experience them on a hard base.

Matt who served us at the Farnham store was fantastic. Great product knowledge for a young guy, friendly, very understanding of our needs even if that meant not closing a sale straight away. Couldn't recommend him more. Kenny Ager

It was late one afternoon we had a good idea of what we wanted from the web site there were only a couple of people in, we found what we looking for the assistant was upstairs and came straight away to see if we needed help, and served us.
