The manger of the store was amazing and helped us massively in choosing the best bed.

The assistant is personally bringing my products round to my house,as I don't have a car.

The service and help I received in store was excellent, all my questions were answered and that resulted in me being very happy with the products that I have bought.

Plenty of assistants to advise me, and very patient as we took a while to make our decision.

Karen was so helpful, answered all of our questions and made suggestions to help us reach our final purchase. We didn't feel pressurised at any point just relax, happy to choose at our own pace.

Friendly helpful advice without feeling pressured to make a decision. I discussed my options with a very pleasant young man and then decided to walk away to think about my options. This was acknowledged with a pleasant response and I left feeling that I had made a sensible decision to take my time. Having considered my options, and looked at a few more beds in other shops, I returned to Dreams to purchase the combination of bed frame and mattress that I had chosen. Once again I was greeted with very helpful staff and the ordering procedure was carried out quickly, with clear explanations of what I could expect and straightforward answers to questions I asked. Overall a very pleasant experience, thank you.

We were greeted on arrival, but not pounced upon and we're given the time to look around before being approached. By this time we had had a chance to make a few informed choices and the staff couldn't have been more attentive. We settled within our price range and are now just waiting delivery.

We visited two stores while making our decision, Guildford and farnborough, and both experiences we're excellent showing that it was not a one store wonder. Offered drinks in both stores, pillows to try the beds with, and even advise on which pillow is good for me as a side sleeper. Overall, fantastic across the board from dreams.

This was the second visit we have had to Dreams for a bed within the last six months. Our last experience was very positive hence the reason for returning. We were not disappointed. The attention of staff was a positive one - not pushy but supportive, and the member of staff, James, who dealt with us specifically, was very professional and knew when to leave us to think and when to come back to support. Impressive all round.
