Friendly knowledgeable staff that didn't pressurise you, and a good choice of beds.

Layout of the store, and friendliness of staff. Staff were available but not "in your face". Salesman anwered questions when asked. Well organised and efficiently run store.

this is regarding our delivery on Tues 06/06/17 the delivery personnel were Craig and Sabi the crew were excellent from text in morning following a phone call to confirm we had received time for delivery and during there day in dreadful weather where they had a tree down which closed road and they had to divert we were informed all the way and there attitude during delivery was second to none and so helpful

Karen that served greeted us and was very knowledgeable in all aspects so pleased with her help we were going to your rivals next but her help and knowledge we didn't need to go anywhere else.

nice clean store, as soon as we arrived, we where offered help , and shown around the store and at the required products we where interested in , very helpful assistant called donna, offered tea and coffee , very good service and time was spent with us whilst we made our minds up

Excellent advice and service

We were highly satisfied due to the fact that the staff member approach us with no pressure and then took time to understand what my husband & I were after and showed us possible options. She engaged with our children and engaged with us in a relaxed, friendly and helpful manor - without being pushy. Once she had answered all our questions she offered to give us some time on our own to think about things - which was much appreciated. All in all it was the perfect level of customer service

When I came to the store the salesman - Nigel - answered all of my questions and pointed me to the product which he thought best served my needs.

I had already done my research on line and knew what i wanted to buy before approaching the store. When i went into the store the lady was extremely helpful and showed me the various types of beds and bedding that could go together and explained about the different types of mattress protector and pillows that would benefit me. She went through all of the payment and delivery processes and was very personable and warming in her manner. I have brought all of my beds from Dreams and will continue to do so. Thank you

The lady that helped us was very friendly and gave us plenty of options when deciding on a bed very patient and we found something that suited us with the help of her knowledge
