Because the assistant knew from my description of the mattress i wanted, she was able to locate the one i required so the overall experience of shopping at Dreams was a pleasant one.

We did not have to wait service was brilliant. sorted within half an hour.

service was excellent we did not have to wait at all we were amazed at how quick the delivery was we ordered Monday and delivery is this wedneday.

Salesman obviously knew his stuff, and gave impartial advice based on what we said our requirements were. He was not "pushy" - which is what we like in a shop.

Highly satisfied with the experience at Dreams,the team was very helpfully.We have found what we were looking for at a very good price and the order was placed in no time and we were able to chose a date that suits us. She understood our preference and provided impartial advise. Everything from sale to delivery was smooth and fantastic!

I can't fault the service given at all. I got exactly what I wanted, locally, quickly and easily. The customer service assistant was also very friendly and knowledge.
