Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Gave us time to look on our own but stepped in to advise when required. Quick to order and good explanation of delivery times etc.

We were shortly moving into a new house. It was essential for us to have a new bed delivered on our moving date. We tried John Lewis first, but their delivery leadtime was unacceptably long. Dreams were able to supply the bed we needed within a week.

Staff always greeted us immediately and asked us if we required help straight away (visited few times and each time they attended immediately or when they were free). Staff explained exactly the differences and didn't base decision on the most expensive. Price match was applied, which proved to me the "price match" slogan is not just an advertising slogan.

100% over all. Karen in the farnbrough store by far one if the most kind, helpful and lovely person i have come accross in a long time. We came in on a satuerday morning with our 2 young kids. Karen listened to what we wanted with a budget, recomended us laying on a few beds. While she entertained our kids, this made all the difference. We had no pressure or pushy sale-woman. Everything was made very clear to us, many thanks for all your help.
