I got the service I required and the experience that I would expect when shopping

We walked into the shop and were given a couple of minutes to collect our thoughts and then approached by the store manager. We liked this - horrid to be approached as you step over the threshold. He was very knowledgeable about the products and managed the fine balance of advising us and allowing us time to think and try without hassling. He took time to find out the type of product (mattress) that we were looking for and then advised which would suit our needs - explaining the differences between them All done in a friendly and not pushy way.

Searching for a new bed and having looked at many on line that were unsuitable, we expected a long morning of trawling around various stores. Visited Furniture Village first, lovely air conditioning and good range of beds. Found an ex demo at a good price as our start point. Visited Dreams next. Acknowledged as we entered the store and left to browse. When we had a question, there was a chap on hand, who turned out to be Jason, the manager. Really knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Found a bed that suited pretty quickly and we placed our order through Karen (???). Offered a cup of tea whilst we went through the system. Karen was friendly and chatty and made a slightly long process, less arduous. Good cup of tea as well.......................and I am fussy when it comes to tea. :0) Overall the Farnborough Branch were very good. I don't like being ignored but at the same time, I don't like sales staff in my face and they seemed to have the balance about right. Seemed like a good atmosphere in the store with real friendliness and knowledge in a plentiful supply. Only one criticism. get some air conditioning!!!!! for the staff as much as the customers.

We wanted an adjustable tv bed top and bottom. Unfortunately Dreams don't do those so we bought. Bed frame including tv from you but had to go elsewhere for the adjustable mattress.

Jason understood our needs and directed us to the right bed without pushing for a sale

Our purchase was for bedroom furniture and we had looked at other options to the extent of a designer visit from another supplier which did not impress. Dreams had what we were looking for and had configurations that suited our room with the bonus of it being assembled for us. All over a good shopping experience with staff who did not pounce on you the minute we entered the store or followed us around but politely asked if we required any assistance and then provided an excellent service.

We found Geraldine the assistant very friendly helpful and efficient .

We found all the sales assistants to be friendly and helpful. Particularly James who was a credit to your store. He was polite, helpful and very patient as we took our time to make up our minds over a couple of visits to the store.

I found a bed and mattress that I was pleased with at a reasonable price.
