We loved the fact we were not jumped on as soon as we walked in the door. We were allowed time to look around before any staff approached us which is what we prefer. Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable

We were immediately approached by a member of staff who asked if we were just looking or needed some help. All the staff were wearing masks or visors and there was hand sanitiser everywhere. I specified what I was looking for and was immediately taken to some suitable mattresses. The member of staff then gave us a few minutes to try it out! Our order was quickly and efficiently dealt with. The item is being delivered within a week of purchase. The member of staff was very knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses. We were offered a free bottle of water.
