Dreams - Farnborough

Had what I was looking for, was able to order with ease and even got some pillows and mattress protector included.

The member of staff who attended to us was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Even though the product was not in store the assistant was very helpful. She displayed what we wanted on screen and talked us through the options available.

Assistant was knowledgeable and attentive during the visit. Good range of products on display.

The store was very busy - it was a Sunday - but we did not have to wait too long. We had already seen the type of bed we were interested in (adjustable) so spent time trying it out while waiting. The lady who served us (Karen), I had met before while shopping with a friend some months previously - and she remembered me! The bed we liked was an ex-display model, so reduced in price and could be delivered within a few days. It was required for a medical condition so we were pleased at the quick delivery.

We had a great experience at Dreams. Nigel was fabulous. Very patient with us and very informative and helpful!

I visited the Farnborough store and was served by a lady called Geraldine - she was fantastic, we struck up a great rapport and she was extremely knowledgeable on the products and took her time with me.

Karen took her time and was at all times very friendly helpful and knowledgeable!

I felt I was listened to and given good advice - VERY helpful and friendly staff who didn't try to push me into having something I didn't want - and were very knowledgeable about the products and their availability.

I went to the store twice in a week and i was specifcally looking for a bed. Nigel was extremly helpful... made shopping a whole lot easier.
