The staff actually remembered us... he was so helpful in choosing the matress for both our needs... for the fact that i have a debilitating condition he helped look into all aspects... The purchase was quick and smooth with only a week to wait for complete delivery... very happy

The quality of the products in store was excellent as was the range of mattress'. Karen was polite and friendly, supportive and helpful - with out being pushy.

Very helpful everytime I have visited the store. I have always bought my beds and matteresses from Dreams. The best is the assembly service and the fitters are always courteous and efficient. Not many places offer this service effectively.

I was really impressed by the level of customer service I encountered and the amount of time the salesperson (Karen) spent with me. She was incredibly helpful. It was my first time in a dreams store and her knowledge led me to purchase a mattress. She also wrote down lots of information on a single bed for me and because of that I might go back and purchase a seconds bed and mattress.
