Staff member was very polite and made it enjoyable. Product was also the best we have seen and the staffs products knowledge was also to a very high standard.

The sales person (John) was very pleasant, answered our questions on the differences between two beds, slats etc. and the payment process was very quick.

We were trying to get a mattress with a different bass and Geraldine gave us the best and most helpful options.

Availability of different firmness of beds and ability to try them out. Friendly knowledgeable staff.

We were greeted with a friendly and professional approach by Jason and was offer a pillow when we were looking at the beds but brought wardrobe which Jason gave us good advice and exactly the size of wardrobes we would need for our room. On discussing our requirements we were offered a drink, and all staff were very friendly and helpful.

The lady who served us was both friendly and knowledgeable, but more than that recognised we needed time to discuss the purchase and gave us the space to do that. My wife dislikes pushy sales staff, the lady today had the perfect balance that resulted in the sale.

John turned out to be 6 weeks in the job and only 18. His customer service skills, product knowledge an pleasant attitude was welcoming.

The staff were very friendly, very helpful and were patient with us. They give us the different options available and explained everything to us with ease to understand.
