The staff were helpful and not to pushy and looked after us very well making our experience of buying new mattress ok

Quite simply, your colleague Geraldine is an absolute credit to your operation. She engaged with us early, allowed us time to ourselves to make a decision; was able to answer all of our questions, professionally and courteously and looked after us throughout. I would go back there at the drop of a hat. Really, very impressed with the level of customer service offered by her. But, in actual fact, while we were completing our order I could hear other customers getting the same experience from other sales assistants. I normally wouldn’t bother completing surveys but this was something quite exceptional. Well done. If you would like me to make recommendations on other ratings sites, just let me know.

We were greeted very pleasantly by Karen, who was extremely helpful. She explained the differences between all the Tempur mattresses, and was very patient while we tried them all.

Team were attentive and friendly, Karen was very helpful and had great knowledge of the products aiding my decision to to mattress most suitable for my back.

As there are so many beds we were unsure what to look for, a very friendly young man called John helped us without being pushy and then left us to browse knowing that we knew which beds to try.

John had excellent knowledge on the frames that we were interested in, and also answered our questions on the mattresses. John was very polite and friendly, outstanding customer service.

Nigel, the Dreams salesman was very polite and welcoming and answered all of our queries with ease.

I liked that we were able to walk in and try all the beds we were interested in before being approached by an assistant. We were then able to think about what we liked and ask relevant questions when we were ready. The service we received from Nigel was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and helped us in making our final decision about which mattress, divan and headboard to buy..and even the Pillows!
