Decided what we liked before visiting store found what we wanted Assistant very friendly and helpful Quick processing of order payment and suitable delivery date

Had to remove the headboard from the order within 24hours, all done with no fuss, superb service in store pre sale and amazing after sales service too

Help was there if I wanted it but I was not bugged to death by sales people whilst looking to. When I made my decision I got help straight away and was given all the various options to consider with my choices

Efficient and friendly service from all staff

Good range of products. We were shopping for a new mattress and there was plenty to choose from. Staff were very friendly and not too pushy. Even though it was close to 5pm on Sunday the staff were patient and understanding. Very pleased that having ordered on Sunday we are getting our new mattress on Wednesday.

The staff in Farnborough branch were amazing they help us found our ideally mattress and help us spread the cost to our convenience and they were wonderful and patience with our children too .so bonus .

We got the product we wanted, were able to compare the item we chose against more and less expensive alternatives by seeing and lying on them! The staff were helpful and friendly, and were happy to introduce themselves and also allow us time to browse before answering specific questions.

Had a lot of help from Jason at dreams, explained everything to us clearly and helped us find the perfect bed for me and my partner

Soon after arriving at the store , Karen offered assistance. She was friendly and had good product knowledge and seemed keen to ensure that we found what we were looking for at an appealing price point.

We visited your Farnborough Solartron Park shop on Saturday 6th January with the intention of looking and pricing a new mattress which we were going to purchase in the not too distant future. We spent 10-15mins looking and trying on our own (which we were pleased to do on our own) as we were not reckoning on purchasing on that visit. Your sales assistant Nigel approached us and asked if we had any questions he may be able to help us with, from then he took on-board our requirement and proceeded to show us mattresses he considered would possibly suit our needs.There was absolutely no pressure at any time just good and professional advice. We were particularly looking at Tempur mattresses as both my wife and i have had the misfortune to suffer major back injuries, he listened and we came to two choices and finally settled on the Tempur Contour Elite Cooltouch with a pillow each to suit our own personal preference. We are so pleased with our purchases and are already using the pillows, the mattress to be delivered on the 12th Jan. which also pleased us.The whole experience was very pleasant and made that much more pleasant by Nigel.
