First class help and understand of our needs

The man who served us was not pushey but knowledgeable and didnt pounce on us the moment we came into the store. He told us the info and left us to look around. He was new and had only just been trained but any information he didnt know he went and found out for us. He gave us several options within our budget and we looked in a number of other stores before heading back to Dreams as happy with the service we received.

Very friendly sales team with good knowledge of their products. Store was well laid out with plenty of choice

John, our dream colleague, was very attentive to our requirement and extremely helpful in every way.

Jonathan (Farnborough) promptly came to ask me if I needed any help. He showed me the type of beds I was looking for and provided guidance on mattresses. He explained all Ts & Cs. Quick completion of sale.

Although the assistant was obviously new and relatively inexperienced, he was very polite, very helpful and efficient. He took great care to ensure all details were fully explained. Well done!

We have purchased a number of beds for ourselves and our children and always chosen Dreams. We have always found the staff polite, friendly, knowledgable and patient. On this particular visit, although there was a limited number of staff available, we were met by a sales assistant 'Geraldine', who immediately gave us confidence in the choices we wanted to make. It was the no pressure sales technique that we were most impressed with.

Was served by Nigel who was very patient and understanding with my Mother. It made her shopping experience very enjoyable. Be warned Nigel, she want to come back!
