Cancelled an order with Bensons For Beds following a dispute and went straight to Dreams and the whole experience was different class. Fantastic experience where i felt valued as a customer unlike Bensons

John was very helpful, friendly and professional when serving us. Made it a painless exercise and was very efficient

The Sales Assistant, John, was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was wondering around the store looking at a variety of items when John approached me. I explained what I was looking for and he immediately took me to 3 alternatives, at different areas of the store, within my price range, explaining the difference between each of his suggestions. He was not hesitant in his understanding of my requirements and took me to exactly what I was looking for. He completed my order professionally, explaining everything I needed to know within the contract and I left the store completely satisfied with my purchase.

I visited twice, once with my husband and once on my own to place the order. On both occasions staff were readily available for advice, but there was no hard sell. They answered questions, offered advice and seemed knowledgeable about the products. Karen who saw me on both occasions was friendly and very patient when taking my order.

Nigel the sales assistant was amazing , he took as much time as we needed ,his knowledge was fantastic, he was more concerned about making sure the we bought the correct bed. Nothing was too much trouble. A credit to dreams
