The sales executive was friendly, informative and explained everything clearly and professionally.

Very friendly staff, very helpful, very knowledgeable - created a very relaxed atmosphere whilst having every piece of information that we needed. No pressurising, just very helpful advice.

Good service and deal

We were left to browse on our own, which we liked. But as soon as we asked for help the assistant Karen was very attentive and knowledgeable of the products. Karen did not try to sell us something that might not be suitable for us, but helped to find the perfect products for our needs. We loved her professionalism, while at the same time being approachable and friendly.

Please convey my thanks to Johnathon at the Farnborough Gate Hants branch, who assisted us through our product evaluation and subsequent purchase. His cheerful personality and patience in answering our questions was excellent. Excellent customer service from Karen, she spent ample time with us and explained many different mattresses and other products. She was very knowledgable and helped us make a decision there and then. Really pleased with overall experience and looking forward to delivery in a few days.

Sales lady was very helpful and friendly. The Divan base we purchased was priced substantially higher than we were expecting, but it appears to be a high quality bed. The only niggle we had was the time until delivery. We needed the Saturday de livery option, which we were happy to pay for, but for reasons I am unable to understand, the delivery is only available every other week. Surely this could be better!

On visiting the store one of your assistants was able to give very specific advice on which mattreses would be best for our boys, we also had to ensure they fitted the beds we already had. I wasnt pushed into placing an order but avised to go home and remeasure the bed. Then when i rung to place the order i was advised the price was going down the next day! So waited ....

Very helpful and knowledgable stuff

In store (Farnborough), it was quick & easy to place my order and get help. After that I was kept up to date with my order. The two men that delivered the bed were very polite and friendly. They were quick to remove the bed I currently had, and quick to install the new bed. They wished me a good day. It was a very friendly and quick service, and they left the place clean afterwards.
