friendly, knowledgeable staff

John who served us in the main made it an easy transaction due to being both knowledgable and polite while making us feel relaxed during the whole process :-)

We visited the store in Farnborough several times before making a decision on two beds for our children. We were met each time by really helpful members of staff, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, caring about our needs, couldn't have had a better experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting in what mattress I would need along with any upgrades. Based on this along I would recommend the Dreams Farnborough store to anyone.

Very pleasant staff it was a very cold day when we went in to buy a bed the shop was warm & welcoming and tea or coffee was offered.Good choice of beds on offer we have brought from Dreams before.

Excellent staff

The level of service was excellent. Karen was incredibly knowledgeable , very friendly and not pushy at all. She went above and beyond to help us with the delivery date we needed.

Very friendly chatty staff who advised the best options for my price range for a mattress and extensive advise with regards to care plan option too.

We were served by Geraldine who was very helpful in understanding our needs and gave a few options that were perfect and matched a requirement description.
