Jason was very helpful and knew what he was talking about but we never felt under pressure to purchase

I have been the victim of a house fire and have visited the store on a number of occasions to source the replacement products required. I have always dealt with the same branch colleague who has been both very understanding of my situation and very patient while I have been waiting on insurers to sort things out.

Selection and payment process was very smooth. The only issue I had that the item I selected is not available currently. And the delivery date will also be confirmed in May this year which is too much.

We were served in your Farnborough branch by John who was lovely. Very knowledgeable about your mattresses and very friendly. He was very clear when explaining the financing options available and we were very impressed overall with the service we received.

Great customer service

My daughter and I was approached by John when we first entered the shop, he was polite and very helpful. Within 10 minutes we'd found a mattress and was placing an order. I was also impressed with how quickly we would receive it. The only negative is the amount of paperwork involved, this took a while as there was a lot of printing and a lot or reading! Overall a very good experience.

The staff were very friendly and patient answering our hundreds of questions, they were available but gave us space to test out the products, the admin process seemed quite lengthy with a grizzly 9 month old baby but the staff were great working quickly but thoroughly and they had a good sense of humour too!

Jason is a very knowledgeable and pleasant man. He was extremely helpful.
