Dreams - Farnborough

The staff were friendly & available, there was a good choice of beds and we were offered a hot drink on a cold snowy day when we arrived

We were welcomed into the store and immediately offered a hot drink of our choice. Karen, the store assistant, was extremely helpful and patient at all times, answering any questions we may have had, extremely satisfactorily. The service my wife and I received was exemplary, and in view of this, I would have no hesitation in recommending your Farnborough store to friends and family.

The staff in store were very attentive and gave us sensible, helpful advice.

Customer service was impeccable. Our sales assistant Geraldine was wonderful, friendly knowledge able and approachable.

Staff were friendly but not overbearing, they asked if I wanted assistance soon after I entered the shop and were happy to then leave me to look around until I wanted some help. The two that I dealt with were helpful and friendly without being too pushy or too "salesperson like"

We entered the shop knowing what frame we wanted but not the mattress. Karen was great in taking the time to understand what we were looking for and offered a whole range of one's to try out. She did not pressure us into making a decision, but left us with all the information we needed to. She was really friendly and personable
