Extremely helpful and welcoming member of staff

Every staff member said hello and made sure we were ok. They could answer all our questions and made sure that we got the right product. Really went out of their way for us and will now always come to this store when looking for beds!

Very helpful staff assistance. Made recommendations that were sensible for what we wanted and our budget. Spend and time of purchase have been estimated as I do not have receipt to hand.

After visiting the store on a few occasions prior to the purchase, the staff were very friendly and they weren't pushy for a sale. The staff let us browse and were at hand if we had any questions. The store itself was very clean and tidy. There were a good range of mattresses to chose from and the staff were extremely knowledgeable, helping us find the perfect mattress.

The staff here always seem very knowledgeable about the products and on this occasion were able to find a few options at different price ranges for us to choose from. They discussed the pros and cons of each choice clearly to allow us make an informed choice. Excellent service overall.
