It was easy to see which mattresses were what, the layout was good. Karen the lady who served us was very friendly, but not pushy. She helped with all questions and was very knowledgeable.

It was busy when we got there and had to wait 20 minutes to be served, it gave us a chance to look around. We were then helped when a member of staff became free. We made our choice of purchase after talking with the sales lady who was most helpful

Quick, friendly service. Answered questions & provided assistance as required. Store seemed clean & nicely decorated. Order delivery timescale was good.

The salesperson was called Karen and she spent a lot of time showing me various mattresses allowing me plenty of time to lay on each one and try out for comfort. She was friendly and full of advice without being pushy or rushing me which is something I value greatly as a customer. I tried 10 different mattresses and went back to each one until i narrowed down my choice to two. I then spent time on each one before making my decision. Karen gave me feedback on what one I looked most comfortable on which helped my finanl decision. This is the second time I have purchased from Dreams and came back as I received excellent service the first time and your products last for years. Very well done to your staff.

John was extremely helpful in showing us different mattresses that met our needs. I was also after a suitable pillow which John advised on.

Very friendly staff, offered us drinks which I have never come across ever whilst shopping, it was all made very easy, happy customer!

From the moment I entered the store I was highly impressed with the friendliness of the member staff, Karen, who greeted me. Although I arrived at the store rather late in the day,19:25, I did not feel rushed or pressurized to make a hasty choice. I was offered a hot drink while we discussed my intention to purchase an adjustable bed. The difference in the types of bed and mattresses was explained in detail and all of my questions were answered in a polite and friendly manner enabling me to feel confident that my choice of purchase was right for me. Karen also explained the advantage of using a mattress cover and also the extended 8 year bed cover. I was highly delighted with the excellent service I received and helpfulness of the staff. I will certainly recommend Dreams to my friends in particular this store. Than you all very much.
